We are committed to providing our clients with the best possible service. However, if you are not satisfied with our service or have a dispute related to our service, we have a dispute resolution process in place.

In case of any dispute, we urge our clients to try and resolve it with us directly through open communication. If you are unable to do so or if you are not satisfied with our resolution, we will refer the matter to arbitration.The arbitration will be conducted as per the laws of India and in the English language. The decision made by the arbitrator will be final and binding.

We hope that our clients never have to go through the dispute resolution process, but we want to assure them that we have a fair and transparent process in place to resolve any disputes that may arise.
